Quality: The Lake Atwood Ten Mile is the oldest consecutively contested race in Kansas. The quality of the records on the Atwood course during its 46 year history makes it the most competitive race in Kansas for distances of 15 Kilometers and over -- the dividing line between short distance and long distance races.
